SUBFLOOR REQUIREMENTS:

Resilient floor installation requires a level subfloor free from cracks, bumps and excessive adhesive residue from former floors. The
product must be installed per the manufacturer’s installation guidelines. Subcontractor must evaluate existing subfloor condition and include associated costs for necessary repairs in bid/quote. Especially important when replacing existing carpeting with resilient flooring (VCT, LVP, LVT, Linoleum Tile, & Sheet Vinyl).
